Having expanded its area and increased the number of stores, Braga Parque Shopping Center, in Portugal, felt the need to provide a better solution for people to find what they were looking for. In a world full of smartphones, laptops, PDA and GPS devices, a static directory isn't enough. Braga Parque decided to step up and populated the shopping floors with Displax Pathfinder.
Now people can browse the available stores by its category (Women Clothing,Cinema, Bookstores, Kiosks, amongst others) or by name, writing on a virtual keyboard. Each Pathfinder is georeferenced and shows on the map the path from the current location to the desired store.
Users can also browse the available services (ATM, Bathroom, Information desk, amongst others) as well as see the latest news or leave a comment or suggestion.
