The new multi-touch technology developed by DISPLAX, presented in prototype in the Netherlands, in February, was shown last week to the press, in Lisbon. DISPLAX intends to use the next months using the multitouch technology in special projects, while the product development isn't concluded. The launch of the product to the market is expected by the end of Q2 or beginning of Q3.
The world innovation is the ability to turn any non conductive flat or non flat surface into a multitouch area and it will be aiming at a wide variety of industries and markets, from telecommunications, healthcare, museums, shopping malls, and retail concept stores and at stations in the aerospace and airports.
