Shopping iconic street Las Ramblas, right in the heart of Barcelona, was the location selected by Zippy to open their first street store outside Portugal.
Las Ramblas is a worldwide known shopping area and a tourist attraction spot with millions of people visiting every year. Spanish poet Frederico García Lorca famously said that La Rambla was 'the only street in the world which I wish would never end'.
Portuguese children wear Zippy managed a spot in this high profile area and called DISPLAX to make sure their new store had that extra touch that this neighbourhood well deserves.
The store entrance has two 3 meter long videowall with special high contrast LCD displays to ensure good visibility both by night and during the day. These videowalls welcome the visitors and showcase the newest clothing collection.
Once you enter the store, you are greeted by an interactive floor with lots of children games to entertain them.
All of these systems can be controlled and all the contents managed remotely allowing Zippy to have full control of the interactive systems. |
